About

My name is Jasmine Grace. I used to figure skate growing up, and I competed on a synchronized ice-skating team for 6 years. However, I have been pole dancing since April 2010 and I absolutely love it! So far, I am only self-taught via YouTube and pole dancing DVD's. I really struggled in the beginning. It was overwhelming and sometimes discouraging to watch the professionals dance. They made it look so effortless and natural. It caused me to think that I could never become as good as them. Though I may not be a professional, I believe I have come a long way. I built this website to prove that you can too! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns drop me a message.

Aerial Silks after 6 months of classes

I started taking Aerial Silks Classes back in October 2012 and I love it so much! I am about 6 months in at this point and I just wanted to demonstrate some of the things I have been working on. I am just a beginner so the transitions still need work but I will get better. The song is "Saying Goodbye" by Ryan Farish

Pole Dancing to Emeli Sande

Clips of me pole dancing to "Read All About It Pt. III" by Emeli Sande. I have been listening to her album a lot lately. I've been working on some new things since my last video. The eros, the remi sit, and some drops. I have also been working on some new transitions but a few of them I am going to save for my next pole video. I will also be posting an aerial silks video soon. I have been learning it for several months now and I absolutely love it! The eros can be seen at 2:56. The remi can be seen at 3:30. And the biggest possible drop that I can do with my limited ceiling height is shown at 1:10. It's hard to even call it a drop lol.

Pole Dancing to Phillip Phillips

Clips of me pole dancing to "So Easy" by Phillip Phillips. My husband told me about this song and as soon as I heard it I knew that I had to dance to it. It's very beautiful. I'm still working on connecting more moves together. I got my twisted grip handspring in spinning mode during this practice. It is so much harder on the 50mm pole. I am hoping to trade poles with a friend soon so I will have a 45mm at home. That would be so wonderful!

Clips of me pole dancing to "Light Up The Sky" by Christina Aguilera. I am so excited because I finally got my Twisted Grip Handspring. I never EVER thought I would be able to teach myself that move. You can see it at 1:09. My pole progress has improved since I started Aerial Silks. I am loving it!!!!

Christmas Pole Dance

Clips of me pole dancing to "Don't Save It All for Christmas Day" by Celine Dion. I didn't have much time to put together a Christmas themed video this year being as I waited to the last minute but I hope you all enjoy it anyway. Better late than never. I am so happy with my pole progress this year. My shoulders, arms, and back have gotten so strong. I can finally do some handsprings! It has been a great year for me. I can't wait to see what 2013 brings! Hope you enjoyed the holidays with family and friends and I wish you all a happy and healthy new year!

Pole Dancing to Jessie J

Clips of me pole dancing to "Who You Are" by Jessie J. I filmed this one for fun with the help of my husband. I heard this song and was inspired to make a video. I recorded it about two months ago. I tried really hard to focus on pointing my toes whenever possible. It's such a challenge. It was my first time doing the move at 1:14. I was trying to build up my arm strength to work on my handsprings which I now have! I am really proud of my superman at 3:04. It is probably the best one that I have ever done. For some reason that move really kills me. It was also my first time transitioning from a gemini to a butterfly at 3:33. I really like the look of it. I wish I would of practiced it more before. I hope you like this video, there are more to come. Stay tuned!

Cartwheel Mount Handspring

I finally got the cartwheel mount handspring this week. It is much easier on the 45mm poles we have at the studio. I seriously never thought I would get this move.

Pole Dancing to Imagine Dragons

Clips of me pole dancing to "It's Time" by Imagine Dragons. I am really impressed by the band Imagine Dragons. They have a very unique sound that I enjoy very much. This song is one of my favorites! I am beginning to feel more confident when doing the more challenging moves and I have dry hands to thank a lot for that. It has helped me pass a really frustrating plateau. My scorpio switch is getting better at 2:31 and so is my extended butterfly at 3:50. They are still works in progress, but so is everything really. I feel stronger and my endurance is getting better so I can actually focus on dancing more instead of executing a move and catching my breath then executing another move and catching my breath.

Pole Dancing to Awolnation

Clips of me pole dancing to "Sail" by Awolnation. I finally bought my first bottle of dry hands so I got to experiment with it during this practice. It is helping me with the moves that require more arm strength like the extended butterfly for example. I am wearing my new hot pink outfit from Bad Kitty in this video. I love Pole Fit!
