Pole Dancing to "Cinema" by Benny Benassi and remixed by Skrillex. I had so much fun dancing to this song. My new outfit came in from The Pole Dancing Shop and it was a little revealing so I wore my Pole Fit wear from Bad Kitty Exotic Wear underneath. I love the overall look of the outfits together! I had a lot of energy during this practice. I was able to do an elbow grip Aysha pretty close to the pole at 2:50, and even nailed a hands-free brass monkey for the first time at 5:00!

It is totally possible! There are 3 brands of pole that you can buy for your home that are safe and they all can be used on carpet. I use an x-pole but you could also look into platinum stages and lil mynx.

Thanks so much! For this look I combined two outfits. I combined The Iron X Top and Brazil Shorts online from Bad Kitty Exotic Wear. Then I layered an outfit on top of it that I got online from The Pole Dancing Shop called The Savage Wrap-Around Top and the Ribbon Tie Shorts. But you could probably layer that outfit from The Pole Dancing Shop on top of anything.
