Pole Dancing to Fergie

Clips of me pole dancing to "Finally" by Fergie. It is perfect because during this practice I FINALLY got my Gemini to Scorpio switch (Outside to Inside leg hang) with NO HANDS! I was also finally able to let go with both hands during my Knee Hold. Lastly, I got my One-Legged Crucifix. Lots of progress!!! My strength is FINALLY building, and I couldn't be more thrilled!
