Thx I appreciate your advice. This is just an old video. In all my videos after this my arms are correct. I was still learning in this video. Most of my videos are just clips of me practicing.

well done on getting your butterfly but yours arms still look a little akward and uncomfortable, the best way to do it is to go upsidedown keep your hands where they are then the hand that is underneath take that one off and lower it to the bottom of the pole then youl have a good hold to lean out further and be able to extend afterwards! =) x
