Clips of me pole dancing to "Some Nights" by Fun. This is my favorite song right now, so I had to do a pole dance to it. I don't think I necessarily worked on anything new. I just wanted to have an enjoyable practice where I wasn't worried about conquering any gravity defying tricks. I think I was most proud of my aerial mount at 0:23. I have had that move for a long time now, but it has never looked like much. I am just glad that it is starting to getting easier and improving. Thank heavens the knee hold and twisted star are getting a lot less painful too! Now if only I could get the superman to feel better, I'd be set! My husband was filming me at the end. I had just got done telling him that I think I pulled my boob muscle. lol
