Iguana Mount in Advanced Moves

I think I will add it as an iguana mount. That is referring to the hold you are using in the move. There are several moves you can do using that hold. I am not very good at any of them!!!! I can't quite master that hold yet. 1 year ago

I think I went into fang, put my hands back on the pole and then slowly lowered my self down, I think my head was about to burst by the time we got the photo, its not the easiest to hold 1 year ago

Let's see. Did you use an iguana mount to get into that position or did you get there from a cross ankle release or something else? 1 year ago
